Acer's New Tablet : Iconia Tab A510

Acer has revealed their latest tablet Iconia Tab A510. Acer is complementing it as a Olympic themed tablet and you will get the proof of saying so in the back of the tablet where you will see a five-ringed logo of Olympic games along with the Acer logo. To get the Iconia Tab A510 with Olympic logo you will have to order it from Acer's website. Its physical design is much more germane.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 is actually the Acer's first quad-core Tegra 3 tablet. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz processor. It offers you a 10.1" IPS display with 1280x800 resolution. Actually its display is not good enough as you know it is the era of Super AMOLED & Retina display. So you might be disappointed with the display. But if you observe closley it's not that bad. You can only understand the difference if you have experienced such modern display technology before.

The device is equipped with 1GB RAM, 32GB internal memory and a mini HDMI port. You have also option to capture photos through its 5 megapixels rear facing camera with autofocus(AF) and can have a video chat with its 1 megapixels front facing camera. Acer has made this tablet with a powerful battery of 9800mAh giving you 12 hours back-up at a stretch. This is just outstanding.
You will surely be surprised to know that the customized version of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running on the tab. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 is 0.42" thick and weighs about 1.54 pounds. You can own this product at a cost of $450. So wait till it is released if you want to buy one.
